CrossFit Kids and teens is a fun, all-inclusive fitness program
geared towards elementary to high school aged kids.
It implements the same methodology as the adult CrossFit class in a modified and scaled version. It’s meant to teach kids the love of fitness at an early age and it’s a great alternative to sedentary activities. Through our program, your child will be challenged, gain strength, speed, agility, proper body mechanics, and most importantly, he/she will learn self-resilience and focus. The greatest take away from CrossFit Kids is the sense of support and respect they get from each other and the coaches.
