CrossFit Striking

The Striking class is a fun, supercharged workout
that goes beyond training like a fighter! 

We combine CrossFit style movements with punching drills on bags or with a partner. The use of kettlebells, rowers, various weights combined with punching and kicking combinations increases overall fitness, core strength, SPEED and POWER!  Don't let this video intimidate you, we scale to everyone's capability!
